Awesome day at work yesterday. I did a favor for a friend, and I felt really good about it! Doing a favor for someone, especially when it is directed to a guy that is a big freakin a-hole, is so rewarding!
Besides this happening, everyone come visit me at Fish City sometime. This is where I spend majority of my life lately, working, so at least come and visit me and make work a little more fun for me!
Well my mother came in town for the weekend to see my sister getting settled into her dorm room. We did a lot of shopping, which is always awesome, and of course a lot of eating. She ended up staying an extra 2 days which always makes me happy. It's not fair that I don't get to see myfamily everyday like all my friends and boyfriend get to. She had just gotten back from Alaska this past week, after looking at the photos, I am saving up right now to plan my next vacation there.
Well she finally made it. First thing that happend was that she suprised me by showing up earlier than expected, but they way it happend, which im not explaining on here, was hilarious! We go so much accomplished and got everything moved in an situated yesterday into her dorm room. It was like deja vu for me going back into those dorms rooms, she is on the same floor as I was and as weird as it is, using the exact same laundry room that I did. It was so crazy. She is so pumped I can tell about finally taking the next step in her life and I am so happy to have her here. Who would have ever thought in a million years that my sister and I would end up in the same state and both becoming Razorbacks!
My sister, her friend Courtney and I had a photo shoot with a great friend mine, Geoff Duncan. i know it has taken me awhile to post these, but we went through the beautiful University of Arkansas and took some awesome pictures to actually give my father for his birthday. If you or anyone you know ever needs some great photos done, his website is www.myspace.com/geoffduncanphotogrpahy
I have been working my self to death lately. Knowing that things arent as easy to get when you want them now, I had made some changes in my life. Working as hard as I have has not paid off yet, but I am still loving life and taking it one day at a time. The other night, Jason and I and some of our best friends, the Stewart's went out on Dickson street and acted like total teenagers all over again. If you have never heard of one, go find a bartender and get you a Dirty Girl Scout. It will be the best thing you have ever had a sip of in your life!
I am a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors Degree in Education. I have no idea what I am going to do with it yet, but I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me. I have lived in Texas my entire life until I moved here to Arkansas in 2004. My family still lives in Texas, and I try to make a trip down there to see them as often as possible. I have a wonderful group of friends that I have made up here and would not change them for anything in the world. I love to go out and try new things when the opportunity is there, and in the end, I cannot wait to see where my path of life takes me!
